The Glock 45 is an evolution of the 19X, keeping the same configuration (G19 slide, G17 frame), while adopting the aesthetics of the Gen 5 Glocks. The G45 below has been modified with a PTS Zev trigger, barrel and bucking from Maple Leaf. Installing the TM triggers requires additional work on the ambidextrous Glocks.
